Meet Kyle.
Kyle Romanowski learned to cook in front of guests. He plated every dish at the pass, with everyone watching as he worked.
He worked that way for years, until the venue closed. That training still shapes his cooking. He believes the food matters, and so does the person standing in front of you making it.
Kyle Feasts is that idea, minus the restaurant. There is no team and no handoff, the person you talk to is the person who shops, cooks, plates, and pours. When you book a feast, you get Kyle himself. He teaches, too, full-day cooking classes in your kitchen, ending with the dinner you made together.
His other obsession is the Sweet Feast, boutique ice cream sandwiches built on kouign-amann, made under his YAS! Kouign name.
The wine part
Kyle holds a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. Ask him what to pour with dinner. It is his favorite question. (With instructor Peter Neptune, 2025.)
